A particularly warm welcome to my past students and growers with whom I have worked.

Hydroponic Advisory is a young Australian company with over 20 years of experience in the hydroponic industry.

We independently provide hydroponic consulting, advice and education for small commercial, protected cropping growers and Educational institutions.

Our credo is sustainability:

• Minimise pesticide usage and increase biological control
• Minimise fertiliser run off
• Manage the protected environment correctly

Isabella Olszewski graduated with a degree in Horticulture and worked for many years in nursery production.

After joining the academic world teaching horticulture and specializing in plant protection, she later delivered the first Commercial Hydroponic course. During this time Isabella also worked as an advisor to growers. She continually updates her knowledge in hydroponics by spending time overseas, especially Holland and Belgium as well as in Australia, to ensure her skills are up to date with latest in advances in the industry.

Isabella holds a Graduate Diploma in Education and a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. Isabella is also an Accredited Member of the International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS) and Protected Cropping Australia (PCA).
